Check the RocketPlay PayID or POLi Route Before Sending Funds
Search results often group PayID and POLi together, although a deposit instruction and a withdrawal destination are separate decisions. Build the route from the authenticated cashier instead of assuming that one badge supports both directions.
Open the current RocketPlay cashier routeCapture the live deposit instruction
Open the cashier through the verified RocketPlay destination and record the method name, minimum amount, recipient identifier, payment reference and expiry time. Pay only the instruction displayed for that transaction; an old PayID copied from a message may belong to a retired processor.
Keep the bank receipt and the exact account-credit time. If the bank shows completed but the casino balance does not move, compare the amount and reference before asking support to trace the deposit.

Test whether the return rail is different
Open the withdrawal menu after sign-in and list only methods offered to the verified account. POLi may describe an incoming bank-authentication flow while the return journey uses PayID, card refund, bank transfer, wallet or another available rail.
Record ownership and name-match requirements before submitting. A deposit option shown on a review page is not proof that the same route can receive a withdrawal today.

- Account-name rule
- Minimum and maximum
- Required verification
Separate operator approval from bank delivery
Save the withdrawal request ID, submission time, approval time and release reference as four distinct fields. Pending means the operator still controls the request; paid should produce a trace that the receiving bank can investigate.
Do not contact the bank with only a casino screenshot. Ask authenticated support for the payment reference, destination detail and release time, then give the bank that transaction data without sharing passwords or one-time codes.

- Received
Escalate one complete payment record
Keep the original ticket open and attach the cashier instruction, bank receipt, account ledger and current status. One chronological record is easier to audit than several chats with different timestamps.
Never make an additional deposit to unlock or trace an earlier payment. If a destination changes during the case, request a written explanation and verify the new instruction inside the authenticated cashier before acting.
